Who we are
This website is operated by Siltframe (operated by Ege İzgi), Türkiye (“Siltframe”, “we”). We are the data controller (veri sorumlusu) for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@siltframe.com.
What we collect
- Updates sign-up: your e-mail address.
- Free sample download: your work e-mail address and which sample you requested.
- Custom-data brief: name, work e-mail, company, platform/sensor notes, requested conditions, frame count, schema, resolution, deadline, free-text notes, and the photos (or folder link) you send. Please avoid photos in which people’s faces or licence plates are recognisable; if they appear, we only use them to prepare your quote.
- Technical data: our hosting and DNS providers process IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site.
We do not buy personal data, we do not sell it, and we do not use your photos to train or build our own products without your separate written permission.
Purposes & legal bases
- Sending updates — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)). Withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link or by e-mail.
- Delivering a sample and following up once about it — your consent and our legitimate interest in understanding who evaluates our data (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a),(f); KVKK Art. 5(1), 5(2)(f)).
- Preparing a quote from your brief and communicating about it — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- Operating and securing the website — legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Legal, tax and accounting obligations once we work together — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)).
How long we keep it
- Update sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
- Sample requests: up to 24 months.
- Brief photos: deleted within 90 days if no project follows, or earlier on request. Other brief data: up to 24 months.
- If we sign a contract: contract and invoicing records for as long as tax and commercial law require.
Service providers
We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) — website hosting, form submissions and uploaded files.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — domain name system, e-mail forwarding and cookieless website analytics.
- Google LLC — our e-mail inbox.
International transfers
These providers may store or process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required we rely on the safeguards the providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and, for transfers from Türkiye, on your explicit consent given in our forms or on standard contracts under KVKK Art. 9.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing (GDPR Arts. 15–22; KVKK Art. 11). Write to hello@siltframe.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data-protection authority — in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the EU your local supervisory authority.
Cookies & analytics
We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If enabled, visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build individual profiles. The free-sample form stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are served from our own domain.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
